But it didn’t happen. The Gujarati film ‘Chhello Show’ has been announced by the Film Federation of India (FFI) as India’s official entry to the Oscars. Many people were disappointed to know that.

RRR Oscars Campaign Started by Team
Efforts are being made to send the movie RRR directly to Oscar nominations. The film team is taking steps in that direction. The first step has been taken. FYC (For Your Consideration) campaign started. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, which gives the Oscars, asks that certain theatrical films be sent to the Oscars for consideration. This campaign was started as a part of that.
