Previously audiences and fans expected the film to be released on November 4, 2022, but the moviemakers have given bad news. The release date of the film has been postponed due to some reasons.
The movie makers have announced that We want to give the audience a fantastic experience with the Shaakuntalam movie. As part of this, we are planning to bring this movie in a 3D version. This will take more time. Because of this, we are unable to release the film on the originally scheduled day.

Shaakuntalam Movie Release Date
The release date for Shaakuntalam has been officially announced by the producers, as promised. On February 17, 2023, the Pan- Indian film is scheduled to premiere in cinemas. The female-centric film will compete at the box office with Dhanush’s Sir, Vishwaksen’s Dhamki, and Kiran Abbavaram’s Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha.
Shaakuntalam was directed by GunaSekhar. Dev Mohan, Mohan Babu, Prakash Raj, Gautami, Aditi Balan, and Ananya Nagalla all had significant parts in Shaakuntalam. Neelima Guna produced this movie through Teamworks.
Shaakuntalam movie will release in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil languages. Melody Brahma Manisharma is providing the music. Shekhar V. Joseph is working as a cinematographer.
