Jayamma (Suma) lives in a small village with her husband Gauri Naidu (Devi Prasad) and their children. Her spouse becomes ill one day and requires extensive medical treatment. With no other option, Jayamma approaches the panchayat chiefs and requests justice. Will Jayamma’s Panchayati be heard by the bench? Will she be able to save her husband?
