At the 53rd edition of IFFI’s closing event, Mega Star Chiranjeevi is presented with the Indian Film Personality of the Year Award for 2022.
On the final day of the International Film Festival of India, megastar Chiranjeevi received the honor of being named “Indian Film Personality of the Year” (IFFI) 2022. During the IFFI’s inaugural ceremony on November 20, Union Minister for Information & Broadcasting (I&B) Anurag Thakur announced the prize to the megastar.
On Monday, Thakur gave him his congratulations for his contributions to movies over the previous four decades. The award ceremony function was Heald in Goa. Chiranjeevi thanked the IFFI, the Indian government, and the prime minister for the honor, as well as his parents and the Telugu cinema industry. I’ll always be appreciative to my parents, who gave birth to me as Konidela Siva Sankara Vara Prasad, and the Telugu cinema business, which gave me a second chance at life as Chiranjeevi. I owe this industry my entire life, he declared.
Chiranjeevi thanked his fans during the Indian Film Personality of the Year function
He appeared in more than 150 Telugu feature films throughout a remarkable cinema career that lasted more than four decades, in addition to a few films in Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada. The actor stated, “The love and compassion shown to me is very tremendous.”
As he accepted the Indian Film Personality of the Year, Chiranjeevi expressed his gratitude to his fans for accepting him back after leaving politics. After winning the award, Chiranjeevi also expressed his thanks to the government and the film industry for their support and for providing him with an unforgettable experience.
